All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to the application's source code, backend systems, data models, API integrations, authentication mechanisms, logic frameworks, user interface design, and deployment infrastructure, are the exclusive and perpetual property of the ProjectM LLC. No portion of the App—including its architecture, codebase, design elements, data structures, scripts, APIs, backend logic, or any other technical or visual components—may be copied, reused, reverse-engineered, modified, sublicensed, redistributed, or commercialized without explicit, prior written permission from the ProjectM LLC. Any third-party entity, including Kompozit LLC or its representatives, is permitted to publish, distribute, or operate the App solely under a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license explicitly granted by the ProjectM LLC. This license specifically: - Does not grant or imply ownership, partnership, joint authorship, employment, or agency; - Prohibits any form of copying, modification, white-labeling, sublicensing, resale, or reverse-engineering; - Can be revoked immediately, without compensation or prior notice, in cases of misuse, breach of terms, unauthorized modifications, or attempts to assert ownership or control over the App or its components. The ProjectM LLC retains full, exclusive, and independent control over all technical and commercial decisions, including platform development, technical direction, feature implementation, infrastructure management, and integrations.
